Project Description:

Conduct the conceptual and detail design for the Falelatai water supply scheme and provide construction supervision. The project involved the hydraulic design and pipeline sizing to cater for the number of household families (demand).

Project Services:

The Design and Construction Supervision of 4.4 km of pipelines ranging from sizes DN15 to DN150, uPVC type including house connections and also rehabilitation of 2 storage tanks and three new water intakes and filtration.  The scheme accommodated water supply needs to approximately 2000 people of the district of Falelatai, Aana, West of Upolu Island, Samoa. The project was a joint effort of the Independent Water Scheme Association and the Falelatai district water committee but all under the overall project management of the Ministry of Women, Community & Social Development.
